ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Entry Analyst at blithequark, you'll have the following key responsibilities:* Data Quality and Integrity: Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring that all fields and records are complete and meet required standards. * Data Validation and Verification: Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction.* Reporting and Communication: Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information, prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data, and communicate these findings to the Sales Team. * Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified, and provide necessary updates and follow-up to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.* Process Improvement: Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs, and proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management. * Documentation and Reporting: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action. Required QualificationsTo be successful as a Data Entry Analyst at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:* ProvenExperience: Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.* Analytical and Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes. * Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner. * Efficiency and Accuracy: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.* Sales or Lead QualificationExperience: Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
