As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us identify trends, optimize business processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including record groups and contracting, to analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and develop innovative solutions to complex business problems. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with data visualization tools, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Aid in the development and implementation of creative data visualization techniques to ensure data is communicated in a meaningful and interpretable manner to all audience levels. Collaborate with record groups and contracting to identify and isolate fluctuations resulting from over/under payment practices and incorporate these into actual-to-expected results. Assist in the development and maintenance of an automated process to identify data and process integrity issues, providing detailed recommendations for issue resolution and communicating with affected parties.Aid in the advancement of timely, creative, objective analysis that leads to fact-based solutions for key business issues, identifying and driving issue definition and speculation reporting as it relates to the specific business environment. Prepare standard and ad-hoc management reports and presentations for projects, utilizing inquiry-based tools to create and run queries used for data mining and analysis to support other work responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks. Perform specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring system, including assessment of definitions, bolthires increase maintenance, and organization ID.Provide customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with peers in Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Contract Development, and Contract Operations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to aid in the development of processes and project designs that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines.Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders within a matrix organization to ensure quality standards for service. Experience creating approaches to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to resolve issues to ensure completed goals and determining when escalation of issues is necessary. Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/coordinating and following details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues. Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Advanced skills in bolthires Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: A graduate degree.A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Benefit Consultancy, or Managed Care organization.Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization. Knowledge of drug industry pricing. Experience with project management (e.g., planning, coordinating, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals). Knowledge of systems like Cure and GIS. Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, and data warehouse management. Experience in a data warehouse/business intelligence/decision support systems environment or IT experience.Knowledge of statistical concepts and data mining techniques.
