With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we're creating a new standard for customer support in the industry.Key Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:* Advocating for our clients: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. * Providing subject matter expertise: Deliver client trainings on the usage and functionality of our web-based applications and tools, empowering clients to get the most out of our products and services. * Onboarding new clients: Quickly and properly provision new services, guiding clients through the onboarding process to set them up for success.* Identifying trends and improving our offerings: Analyze client needs and requests, effectively communicating insights to our Product Development team to drive product enhancements. * Creating and publishing documentation: Develop, modify, and publish internal and external documentation to support our clients and internal teams. * Collaborating with Account Managers: Work closely with Account Managers to improve the client experience and maximize retention. * Leading special customer service initiatives: Contribute to and lead projects that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.* Other duties as assigned: Be flexible and adaptable, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive business success.
