Experienced Customer Success Specialist – Travel Industry Expertise (Remote)

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals and unlock the full potential of our travel solutions. What You'll Do: As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with annual travel spend up to $1.5M. Your primary objective will be to grow client revenue through a combination of exceptional relationship management and consultative skills. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative solutions that drive growth and profitability. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Growing client revenue through exceptional relationship management and consultative skills * Developing and implementing innovative customer-focused solutions to drive growth and profitability * Increasing profitability by proactively identifying and delivering solutions that continue to add value and expand blithequark's web of influence * Leading sales efforts to deliver multiple revenue streams and further penetrate accounts with a focus on driving transactions, premium revenue, and supplier revenue * Developing an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture, and the competitive position of assigned clients * Researching the marketplace and competitive products and services to highlight the value that distinguishes blithequark products, leveraging MI, benchmarking, and technology as critical value drivers * Creating pricing strategies and contributing to ongoing client P&L management * Leading client business planning and client business reviews sessions with alignment of client needs and insights to our offering * Enhancing the blithequark value proposition through policy consultation, researching white paper needs, and technology road mapping What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements: * 3-5 years of account management/customer success experience, ideally in the travel industry (industry experience is not a hard requirement) * Ability to recognize client needs and develop creative solutions * Strong understanding of the external market and in-depth knowledge of the power of the blithequark value proposition * Ability to identify and understand client needs, motivations, and "hot" buttons in order to develop focused solutions * Shown success in consultative selling and demonstrating success in growing client profitability * High motivation for success and performance required * Confirmed innovative problem-solving and strong decision-making skills required * Ability to maintain an active workload by excellent prioritization and planning skills * Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions * Ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value services in a variety of contexts What We Offer: As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks that will help you grow both personally and professionally.
