issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, service providers, and partners, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and company initiatives, ensuring that your knowledge and expertise are current and relevant EssentialQualifications: Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is highly desirable, as we support a global customer base Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to
