About Our Intern Program at blithequark At blithequark, we offer a number of remote positions for a paid part-time fall and winter internship, providing compensation and credits earned. As an intern with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment and tackle real-world business challenges. Our internship program is designed to allow you the freedom to explore each department within our company and get real, hands-on experience with each member of our team. We are looking for innovative and proactive interns who are ready to hit the ground running, taking on a large amount of responsibility and becoming an integral part of our operations for the duration of the internship. Customer Success and Operations – Paid Internship at blithequark We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Success and Operations team as a part-time remote paid intern. As a Customer Success and Operations intern, you will work directly with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers have a memorable and seamless experience with blithequark. Your responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries Learning the ins and outs of our product, developing problem-solving skills, and honing your inbound sales skills to improve the overall blithequark brand Aiding in the operational efforts during the company's largest B2B renewal season Gaining direct exposure to roles in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Operations Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success and Operations intern at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Working directly with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions Developing problem-solving skills and honing your inbound sales skills to improve the overall blithequark brand Assisting with operational efforts during the company's largest B2B renewal season Gaining direct exposure to roles in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Operations Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should: Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program Have enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process Have Customer Service or Sales experience preferred (not required) Be a solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills Have the ability to quickly identify the source of and solution to a problem Have the ability to understand our user's needs and communicate our value proposition Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Knowledge of sales and marketing principles Familiarity with sports technology and recruiting platforms Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies Required for Success To succeed in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to work collaboratively with team members Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Customer Success and Operations intern at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment and develop valuable skills in customer success, sales, and operations.
