About the Role We are looking for an experienced and skilled Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Representative to in a remote capacity. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve customer support and engagement. Monitor and analyze customer feedback, sentiment, and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage customers, promote products, and drive brand awareness. Work closely with the social media team to develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Business. At least 2 years of experience in social media customer support, customer service, or a related field.
