As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their travel-related issues and provide personalized support. The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional support * Reviewing customer history as necessary to resolve issues * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues * Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping Why Work with blithequark? *Flexibility: Enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t.
