Life as a Customer Service Representative at blithequarkAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our valued customers. Your day will be filled with:* Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism* Personalizing the experience for each caller, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded* Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner* Opportunities for advancement across the entire blithequark network* Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and working a set schedule with a structured day* Bilingual Specialist opportunities for those fluent in Spanish and EnglishCompensation and Benefits* Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years* Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members* Opportunities for career growth and professional development within the companySystem Requirements and Technical Skills* Self-provided computer or laptop, running a bolthires Operating System, not older than 3 years* Headset compatible with blithequark specifications* High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)* Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT when neededTraining and Onboarding* Paid training period with a comprehensive onboarding program* Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET* Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differApplication ProcessOur application process is candidate-led, and we encourage you to apply if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.The application process includes:1.
