Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Liaison & Inventory Management professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Customer Service: Act as a liaison between customers and companies, resolving complaints, answering product and service questions, and providing exceptional customer experiences.* Sales Generation: Attract potential customers by suggesting information about other products and services, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. * Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, posting items for sale online and on social media company accounts, and ensuring seamless inventory management. * Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of inventory. * Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts, updating account information and resolving any issues that may arise.* Problem-Solving: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. * Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and performing other duties as assigned by the department manager. Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* Excellent Communication Skills: Skilled written and oral communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.* Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and goal-driven, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. * Customer Service Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and online site administration, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. * Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.* Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, and work in an office and shop environment. * Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
