ResponsibilitiesAs a Patient Records Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient information in our electronic medical records system.Your responsibilities will include:* Enter patient demographic and clinical information into the electronic medical records system: You will be responsible for accurately entering patient information into our electronic medical records system, ensuring that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry: You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying all data entry to ensure that it is accurate and complete, and that it meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.* Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations: You will be responsible for ensuring that all patient records are maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including the secure storage and disposal of sensitive patient information. * Assist with organizing and filing patient documentation: You will assist with organizing and filing patient documentation, ensuring that all records are easily accessible and up-to-date. * Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely record keeping: You will work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date, and that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.* Provide support for billing and insurance verification processes as needed: You will provide support for billing and insurance verification processes as needed, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
