Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Guide customers through the online ordering process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience Address post-order inquiries, resolving issues related to delivery, billing, and shipping in a professional and courteous manner Utilize a range of software tools to efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve issues Collaborate with external shipping contractors to resolve international and domestic customer concerns Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You should be highly motivated, action-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience working with luxury goods and providing customer service is highly desirable.
