Open and close the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users. Operate a cash register and handle financial transactions, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in all financial matters. Work independently while providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to resolving issues and addressing user needs.Maintain a clean and welcoming facility for users, contributing to a positive and supportive environment that promotes health and wellness. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school education or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment, ensuring that you are equipped to respond to emergencies and provide critical support when needed.Proficiency in bolthires Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook, demonstrating strong technical skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software. Ability to run a cash register and work independently, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, and self-motivation in all aspects of your work. No prior experience is necessary, making this an ideal opportunity for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: One year of customer service and/or general office experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
