Residence within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, Illinois, to ensure reliable internet connectivity for remote work. Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. PreferredQualifications: 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone.Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions.
