Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to Medicare members.This is a 5-star service role that requires a strong customer-focused approach, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
