The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, engaging and delighting our customers through complex challenges and disputes. You will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support via diverse channels (chat, email, phone, social media) * Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner * Mediating disputes between sellers and buyers to find mutually beneficial solutions * Collaborating with Sales and Experts to improve the overall customer experience * Providing valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services Who We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer support.
