Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous support to our health plan partners and their members.You will handle inbound calls, address inquiries about our transportation services, and ensure the protection of our members' PHI. This is a high call volume, part-time remote position with shifts ranging between 7am and 6pm Eastern Time.
