Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous support to our health plan partners and their members.You will handle inbound calls, address inquiries about our transportation services, and ensure the protection of our members' PHI. This is a high call volume, part-time remote position with shifts ranging between 7am and 6pm Eastern Time. Key Responsibilities* Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives regarding transportation services offered through our health plan* Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after call survey* Follow all HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of our members' PHI* Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to contact center leadership team* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfactionRequirements* Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience* High School degree or equivalent* Ability to sit for 4 hours or more a day wearing a headset* Secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shift* Download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps* Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills* Moderate experience in bolthires Teams, Outlook, and Word* Ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volume* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote teamPreferred Qualifications* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish* Experience working in a healthcare or transportation industry* Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance protocols* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices* Experience with data entry and record-keeping softwareSkills and Competencies* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and patience* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote teamCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As a remote customer service representative, you will have access to:* On-the-job training and coaching* Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth* Access to online training and development resources* Collaborative and supportive work environment* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performanceWork Environment and Company Cultureblithequark is a remote-friendly company, committed to providing a flexible and supportive work environment.
