Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and staff.You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and care. This is a full-time remote position, and you'll work closely with our Directors to develop and implement office systems and procedures, manage our calendar and client schedules, and support our sales and production teams. Key Responsibilities* Act as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.* Handle all incoming calls, new client inquiries, and existing client concerns, taking messages and directing callers to the appropriate contact. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their needs are met. * Report all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. * Develop, implement, follow, and perfect office systems and procedures, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.* Read and respond to all work-related emails, providing timely and accurate information to our clients and stakeholders. * Answer all phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate contact, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. * Maintain and manage our company calendar, appointments, and client schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met and our clients are well-supported. * Schedule appointments for Directors, ensuring that their time is managed effectively and efficiently.* Organize and compose office correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring that all materials are accurate, professional, and well-presented. * Support our sales and production teams, providing administrative assistance and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. * Post company-related updates on social media platforms, ensuring that our online presence is engaging and informative. * Send communication, such as thank-you notes and referral gifts, to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring that our relationships are built on trust and respect.* Review our daily and weekly schedules with Directors, ensuring that all tasks are completed and our operations run smoothly. * Participate in staff meetings, as needed, and contribute to our team's success and growth. Essential Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, education, or communications. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.* Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders. * Proficient in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites, with experience working in an educational institution a plus. * Excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. * Calm and professional manner, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment methodically.Preferred Qualifications* Experience working in an educational institution, with a passion for education and a commitment to student success. * Strong marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Equipment Requirements* Computer with at least Windows 10 or Catalina MacOS.* Video camera. * High-speed internet (above 20mb/s). * Quiet home working space with a clean background.
