Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.Assist customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience, and providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Schedule and TrainingThe schedule for this role is as follows: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) Note: Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive continuous support and service. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role, covering all aspects of our customer service processes, systems, and policies. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer support and achieve your full potential.Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be a New York State resident, with a strong understanding of the local community and market. Have previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or a related field. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Be able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation.Have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including medical terminology, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies.Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong understanding of diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
