Job Description As an Inbound Call Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer interactions for major brands, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a phone-based customer service position that offers schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace.
