QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should bring:* Educational and Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma. * Experience: 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding service standards. * Skills: Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both iOS and Android platforms.Advanced skills in MS Office suite. Bilingual (desirable). A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Excellent writing, strong communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
