The training is conducted on-site at our Cedar Bluff location in Knoxville, TN, and spans four weeks, from 8am to 5pm. During this period, you will learn about our ETM software operation, billing and account operations, and how to provide world-class customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction. Learn and understand our ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations, to provide accurate and helpful information to patients. Answer and document all telephone inquiries, ensuring that patient interactions are recorded and followed up on as necessary. Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage and arranging financial agreements as needed.Perform other duties and assignments as requested, contributing to the overall success of our customer service team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously. Understanding and familiarity with the bolthires Windows environment. Experience in retail or restaurant service is highly desirable, as it demonstrates your ability to work in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly valued: Bilingualism in English and Spanish, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse patient community. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a healthcare or medical billing environment. Knowledge of ETM software operation and billing and account operations, although training will be provided.
