The Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Utilize conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed solutions * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: * High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred * 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution * Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus!
