Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, using this information to identify trends and areas for improvement in our customer service processes. Managing social media accounts and responding to customer comments and messages, ensuring that our online presence is professional, engaging, and responsive to customer needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in bolthires related services and Slack, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Experience with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
