Experienced Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor – Retail Operations Management

Job Summary:As a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading the daily operations of our customer service and e-commerce programs.You'll oversee the checkout experience, grocery delivery and pickup, and ensure seamless execution of store processes. Your primary focus will be on driving safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. You'll work closely with the Team Leader to develop and motivate Team Members, promoting a culture of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale. Key Responsibilities:* Deliver outstanding customer experiences and hold Team Members accountable for delivering exceptional service.* Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders. * Monitor in-store and online customer flow, assigning customer service-related and online order completion tasks to ensure seamless execution. * Stay aware of relevant competitors and industry trends to inform process improvements and strategic decisions. * Ensure effective and efficient responses to customer questions, requests, and concerns. * Foster collaborative relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, such as bolthires delivery drivers.* Develop, coach, mentor, and motivate Team Members to sustain a high-performing team and minimize turnover. * Maintain Team Member safety and security standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards. * Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity. * Consistently communicate and model blithequark's core values, leadership principles, and support goals. EssentialQualifications:* 12+ months of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.* Strong analysis skills to root cause underperformance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills. * Ability to perform task management, balancing dynamic customer flows. * Proficient with email, bolthires Office, and operations-related applications. PreferredQualifications:* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online order management systems.* Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain operations. * Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:* Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours. * Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. * Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. * Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals. * Exposure to temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit.* Ability to work in a wet and cold environment. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
