You’ll study Yelp’s algorithm, ad formats, cost-per-click trends and competitive benchmarks so you can confidently explain why a $600 monthly budget will drive 3× ROI for a boutique gym or why a seasonal florist should front-load spend before Mother’s Day. • Exceed a monthly revenue quota that ramps from $6k in month one to $18k by month six. Track daily KPIs: dials, connects, pitches delivered, proposals sent and dollars closed. You’ll review these numbers every morning in a 15-minute virtual stand-up with your pod, celebrate wins and troubleshoot slumps in real time. • Collaborate across time zones with teammates in Central and Eastern regions via Zoom, Slack and Salesforce Chatter. Share objection-handling tactics, swap winning call recordings and peer-coach new hires so the entire pod hits 110 % of collective goal. • Master a tech stack that includes Salesforce Lightning, Outreach.io, Gong.io, Google Workspace and MacBook hardware. You’ll juggle multiple screens, update CRM fields on the fly and present screen-shares of live Yelp dashboards without missing a beat. • Turn rejection into data.
