Requirements for Success To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential requirements: Reside within the state of Pennsylvania, as listed in the position posting, to ensure compliance with local regulations and to be part of our regional team. Own a computer or laptop that meets our technical specifications, including a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, to ensure seamless and high-quality interactions.Have a computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, a 64-bit Operating System, and an 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent), to support our software and applications. Possess a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from distractions, enabling you to focus on your work and maintain the highest standards of customer service. Be available to attend our remote training program, which takes place Tuesday through Saturday, between 11 am and 7:30 pm EDT, for four consecutive weeks. Have a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or higher being preferred, to efficiently manage multiple chats simultaneously.Gaming experience is preferred, as it can translate well to the fast-paced and interactive nature of online chat operations.
