Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.Your role will require working variable hours to match when customers need us most, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
