Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Associate, your key priorities will include:* Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.* Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are accurately priced and displayed. * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives. Position RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Preferably experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.* Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Availability: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule or part-time to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs and priorities.
