Location: Remote (Work From Home) Schedule: Night Shift — 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM CST (Chicago Time) Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour Overview We're looking for a Remote Dispatcher to coordinate freight movements and support drivers operating across our network of partner companies in the U.S. logistics industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly responsive, and can manage shifting priorities with professionalism and urgency. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by assigning loads, tracking shipments, and communicating with drivers and customers throughout the day. Duties - Dispatch loads to drivers and ensure timely pickup and delivery. - Monitor driver locations and communicate route updates as needed. - Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners to confirm load details and resolve issues. - Communicate proactively with drivers to provide support and troubleshoot problems on the road. - Assist in updating load boards, internal trackers, and customer portals. Skills - Prior experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or transportation operations (required). - Familiarity with U.S. trucking regulations (DOT, hours of service, etc.). - Strong communication and multitasking skills under pressure. - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
