Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to on a 100% remote work basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats, providing solutions to customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
