Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Operations In addition to delivering exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for a range of operational tasks, including: Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested. Processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records.Checks in and prices merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader. Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions as directed. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent required.
