As a quota analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technicians' schedules and capacity for field service demand work, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service experience. This role will work closely with Dispatch Planners/Managers and Field Leadership to optimize dispatch intervals, meet daily appointments, and drive business growth.You will be responsible for managing a significant portion of our operations, covering one to four states, 40 to 80 buckets, and approximately 350 technicians. Key Responsibilities Monitor capacity reports and dashboards to identify areas of high demand and adjust capacity accordingly Maintain technician schedules, including working time, non-working days, and recurring activities Collaborate with field leadership to develop solutions to add capacity in areas of high demand Coordinate travel for technicians between donor and recipient markets Monitor capacity solutions to ensure a return on investment and budget expectations are met Work with routing planners and field managers to balance strategic needs with tactical requirements Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure sufficient field capacity for forecasted demand Build daily/weekly reports as needed on a rotating basis Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have: Proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis Experience with field service systems and inbound dispatch systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Innovative and highly motivated with a positive, outgoing attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals Basic knowledge of grammar rules, business math, and PC skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: College degree in a related field (e.g., operations management, business administration, or computer science) 2-4 years of professional-level experience in a similar role or industry Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Knowledge of project management principles and practices Certifications or training in relevant areas (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile)Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As an Analyst II-Customer Service, you will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including: On-the-job training and mentorship Formal training programs and workshops Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Recognition and reward programs for outstanding performance Work Environment and CultureOur work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced.
