The Mission As a Remote Customer Service Advocate, you will be a vital part of our healthcare support team, providing exceptional service to individuals and families who rely on our expertise. You will be responsible for navigating the world of primary care doctors, medications, appointments, and benefits, using your knowledge and amazing social skills to find solutions and make a real impact on people's lives.
