As a rapidly expanding team, we are now seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Advocate to join our dynamic team in Denver, working in a hybrid model of 3 days a week in the office.About the Role As a Customer Experience Advocate at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. Your primary objective will be to empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You will collaborate closely with internal technical teams to advocate for our customers and help shape the best possible version of our product.Additionally, you will lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit, creating both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers across multiple channels to provide exceptional support and advocacy Empower customers to achieve their goals by connecting them with the right solutions within our platform Collaborate with internal technical teams to report, track, and verify bug fixes, ensuring seamless customer experiences Serve as the liaison between customers and the blithequark team to advocate for customer needs and shape product development Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on platform features and developer tools Create internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base and support customer success Advise customers about new features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their use of our platform Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience being a significant plus.Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, such as Zendesk, is also advantageous. You must possess excellent problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and superb written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude, empathetic nature, coachability, and collaborative mindset are essential for this position. The ability to take initiative and adapt to changing environments is also crucial.
