What You'll Bring As a Customer Engagement Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for contributing to the full system lifecycle, from customer and sales engagement to requirements gathering and criteria analysis. You'll work closely with our technical team to develop end-to-end processing solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Your expertise will be essential in validating batch and online system setup and output, as well as communicating directly with customers to audit results. Key Responsibilities * Contribute to the full system lifecycle, from customer and sales engagement to requirements gathering and criteria analysis * Assist the technical team in developing end-to-end processing solutions that meet the needs of internal and external customers * Validate batch and online system setup and output, based on requirements from the customer * Communicate directly with customers to audit results and ensure satisfaction * Analyze and interpret how industry changes will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery * Collaborate with technical counterparts to translate technical and functional requirements * Explain technical concepts in layman's terms to a non-technical audience * Utilize strong problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively in fast-paced, frequently changing environments * Manage simultaneous assignments and effectively prioritize workload with competing priorities * Familiarity with working with data and ability to capture and analyze insights Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, computer science) * Relevant work experience in the financial services industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Internal and external customer-facing experience * Ability to translate technical and functional requirements * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively in fast-paced environments * High experience of proven ability to work independently and manage simultaneous assignments * Familiarity with working with data Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing industry * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * ETL/API knowledge * Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Well-organized and able to prioritize workload with competing priorities * Data capturing skills Impact You'll Make As a Customer Engagement Senior Analyst, you'll have a significant impact on the success of our business.
