Key Responsibilities As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide accurate medical record status information * Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors * Proficiently navigating Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel * Working in a high-volume production environment, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and colleagues * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to investing in our team members' growth and development.
