Job SummaryAs a Chat Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a positive and respectful space for all members. This will involve moderating chat conversations, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.You will work closely with our team to develop and implement community policies, and provide exceptional customer service to our members.
