As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first voice of blithequark, delivering flawless and timely support to our customers across the United States. Your exceptional communication skills, both in English and Spanish, will enable you to provide top-notch support, ensuring prompt and professional resolution to customer inquiries.A Day in the Life of a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist A typical day in this role will begin at 9:00 am Central Time, where you will field and resolve overnight questions and supporting requests from our customers and partners. Throughout the day, you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails, related to patient interactions, clinical staff communications, and other inquiries. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure accuracy in appointment documentation and record-keeping.You will also escalate questions and concerns to other teams for additional assistance, collaborate with Clinical Managers and mobile phlebotomists to facilitate real-time scheduling changes, and support the Care Coordination team with various tasks, including confirming PCP fax information and obtaining missing appointment information.
