Responsibilities: As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a secure and accurate manner. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. * Providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our services. * Upselling when required, ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of products and services available to them. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong emphasis on self-motivation and discipline. * 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry. * Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills. * Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. * Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions. * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of desktop computer systems. * Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
