You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities* Review customer cases, perform research, and analyze data to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies* Use customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify areas for improvement* Conduct research, interpret results, and translate findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership* Provide leadership team insights with process or improvement strategies* Work closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on recommendations* Review customer cases, interpret the life cycle, provide root cause analysis, and make recommendations on improvements* Analyze data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholdersMinimum Requirements* High School or GED* 1-2 years of contact center experience* 2-3 years of customer service experience* 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reportingPreferred Qualifications* Demonstrated experience in data validation* Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools* Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis* Experience in analytics implementation* Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts* Proven skill level in PowerPointWhat We Offer* Competitive salary range: $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) retirement plan with company match* Paid time off and holidays* Opportunities for career growth and professional development* Collaborative and dynamic work environmentWork Environment and Company CultureAt blithequark, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.We are committed to creating a workplace culture that is inclusive, respectful, and supportive of all employees.
