Job Overview The Entry Level Pharmacy Technician – Customer Care and Medication Management Specialist is a critical role at blithequark, responsible for contacting provider offices to clarify prescription information and ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within digital pharmacy systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound calls to provider offices, documenting communication and outcomes in pharmacy software systems, and collaborating with pharmacists and internal teams to resolve outstanding prescription issues. Key Responsibilities Initiate and manage outbound calls to provider offices for prescription clarifications Document communication and outcomes in pharmacy software systems Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to resolve outstanding prescription issues Perform ancillary tasks to support prescription processing Uphold HIPAA standards and company policies during all interactions Provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have an active pharmacy technician license or certification, as required by state. Previous pharmacy or healthcare communication experience is preferred, but not required. You should have strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable using digital tools and pharmacy software systems, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
