We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a talented E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Job Description: Responsibilities: • Distribution Channel Management: Oversee and optimize distribution channels for partners such as TD Synnex, Amazon, GfK Etilize, and others. • Product Presentation: Ensure accurate and compelling product presentation across all e-commerce platforms. • Data Accuracy: Maintain and verify the accuracy of product information and listings. • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns using Google Ads and other digital marketing tools. • CRM Management: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central to manage customer relationships and sales data. • CMS Systems: Manage content on various CMS systems to ensure up-to-date and engaging product information. • Product Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of uninterruptible power supplies and other relevant products. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or a related field. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, and CMS systems. • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with uninterruptible power supplies and other related products. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Additional Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Experience with Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication. • Experience with HubSpot for managing marketing automation and CRM. • Expertise in email campaign architecture to design and execute effective email marketing strategies. • Graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials.
