The RoleAs a Customer Success Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Implementation Associates who support our New Vertical SMB merchants. Your primary focus will be on guiding the full merchant journey, from late-stage sales through onboarding, go-live, and post-launch.You'll work closely with your team to drive performance, streamline operations, and champion a seamless merchant experience.
