The RoleAs a Customer Service Specialist in our Evening Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for our dedicated clients and interpreters, handling email requests and resolving scheduling-related inquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will make you an invaluable asset to our team.You'll also be responsible for:* Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling* Assisting with answering client/interpreter calls when needed* Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information* Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries* Securing interpreters to cover appointments and meeting service levels for both blithequark and our clients* Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling ManagerKey Qualifications* 2 years of experience in customer service* 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment* Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills* Professional verbal and written communication skills* Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in MS Office applications* Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams* Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problemsIdeal CandidateWe're seeking a customer service professional who is:* Adaptable and flexible, with a strong ability to handle stressful and challenging situations* Proficient in standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiar with other web-based applications* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team* Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting service level agreementsWhat We Offer* Competitive hourly rate: $20-22/hour* Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm* Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment* Collaborative and inclusive team culture* Professional development and growth opportunities* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance* Generous paid time off and holidays* Access to cutting-edge technology and toolsWhy Join blithequark?At blithequark, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to our success.
