Customer Relations Specialist – Airline Operations (Remote USA)

Job Summary American Airlines is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our Airline Operations Support Team. This fully remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer satisfaction, aviation services, and problem-solving. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. You will serve as the bridge between passengers and operational departments, ensuring each customers experience aligns with American Airlines commitment to excellence, safety, and service.
