You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Farmers, Ranchers, and Other Agricultural Managers.You’re a good fit if you’ve managed agricultural operations:• in a farm• in a ranch• in a greenhouse• in a vineyardor have similar experience. Must-have qualifications• Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing and Hunting. • Native-level English skills• U.S. residency• Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet. • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).Nice-to-haves• Experience with farm management software• Knowledge of sustainable farming practicesCompensation & logistics• Hourly pay: $25 – $60, commensurate with experience and project fit. • Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates• Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours. • You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will. • Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
