Clinical Support Specialist, Dosimetrist
Job Description: • Provides clinical support management, as a subject matter expert in dosimetry, of incoming customer support requests regarding oncology products • Capable of recommending solutions/corrective actions to customer application questions • Ability to clinically assess situations/issues and determine appropriate escalation path • Works as an integral member of the complaint process, and communicates relevant information to the customer as appropriate • May also provide customer training, demo support at Trade Shows and for the Varian Sales organization • Formulate and review written customer support training materials Requirements: • Dosimetrist with preferably 5+ years clinical experience • CMD preferred • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of related experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong customer service skills Benefits: • medical insurance • dental insurance • vision insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • life insurance • long-term and short-term disability insurance • paid parking/public transportation • paid time off • paid sick and safe time Apply tot his job
