Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and obtain missing or conflicting information in medical records. Identify and report any potential areas of non-compliance or documentation deficiencies to management. Maintain a thorough understanding of medical coding and billing regulations and updates. Serve as a resource for healthcare providers and staff on documentation and coding guidelines.
