Client Advocate - Remote Opportunity with bolthires ($27-$35/Hour)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Advocate to at bolthires, a leading healthcare organization. As a Client Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our health plans and employers, driving success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This remote position offers a competitive salary of $27-$35 per hour and a Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) with flexibility to accommodate your location. Job Summary:The Client Advocate role is designed to support our health plans and employers, taking ownership of PR calls and collaborating with various departments to resolve complex claims issues. As a Client Advocate, you will utilize your expertise to lead research, provide training, and develop strong relationships with our health plans.Your contributions will help us build a stronger, more efficient organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
